This one hour class is for students who would like to introduce more challenges into their yoga practice - not by simply moving faster, but rather by going deeper. A slow to moderate pace allows time to appreciate proper alignment of the body within a pose and the ability to go deeper in order to build strength. We combine flow - moving a sequence of poses with breath and holding poses for several breaths, to build strength in both muscle and bone and to improve coordination and balance.
